         My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the fabulous job that you did in marketing our former home in Queens Village. When we first planned to sell our residence we were very uneasy about revealing our intentions to a group of Real Estate Brokers. After consulting several brokers, we called your office. We were very pleased with the response that we received. Your presentation, and appearance were impeccable. Needless to say we were very impressed, but still very wary. However, of all brokers who came to us, you were the only one to return to us with a market analysis, a sale proposal, and a plan for selling the property.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! you did all the right things.

           Imagine our excitement, and almost disbelief when you called us here in New Hampshire a mere (2) days after signing with you that you had a buyer who wished to go to contract with us AND WAS WILLING TO MEET OUR PRICE for the house. Well it was just good too good to be true, we thought. However, we completed the sale at the price originally agreed upon, with no problems at all.


         It is a rare occassion that a sale of a home proceeds as smoothly as this one did. Once again I can only say that you are a credit to your profession, and may you always remain that way. Recommendations are usually few and far between, but I will give you one of the highest that there is. 
I don't normally write letters of commendation, but I felt that this one which should be written.
